Winning Without Wheat

If you thought a Gluten-Free lifestyle was only for those with Celiac Disease you’ll be surprised to learn that many Americans choose to eat Gluten-Free food for other reasons.  Gluten is found in many processed products, so eliminating wheat and Gluten from your diet can actually stimulate weight loss.  Some athletes choose to follow a Gluten-Free diet because it allows their bodies to better absorb nutrients and enhance their performance.  This article in Men’s Journal demonstrates how Christian Vande Velde is a great example of WINNING WITHOUT WHEAT.
